EUROPEAN UNION CANDIDATES

Admission requirements

Citizens of the European Union, European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) and Switzerland who apply for admission to the Romanian education system must meet the same conditions as Romanian citizens and have the same tuition fees as Romanian students (about  500 -1000 Eur/year).
In order to obtain the recognition of studies, European applicants for a Bachelor degree must submit the following documents directly to the University:

  • Application form (on www.cnred.edu.ro) for the release of the letter of acceptance;
  • Copy of the baccalaureate diploma and related high school grades transcripts, if they are in Romanian/English/French/Spanish/Italian 
    or
    Certified copy of the baccalaureate diploma and related high school grades transcripts, if they are in any other foreign language
  • Copy  of university diploma and related grades transcript (for masters or doctorate), if they are in Romanian/English/French/Spanish/Italian 
    or
    Certified copy of university diploma and related grades transcript (for masters or doctorate if they are in any other foreign language

Personal identification documents:

  • Passport
  • ID card;
  • Certificate proving change of family name- copy  if in Romanian/English/French/Spanish/Italian  or certified copy if in any other foreign language
  • Health certificate in a foreign language stating that the applicant does not suffer from any contagious/chronic disease.

These documents must be endorsed by the Hague Apostil.

  • invoice of  the file processing fee 50 lei.

The certificate of recognition of studies will be issued by the National Centre for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED) (See also www.cnred.edu.ro);

EU incoming students can register under the same admission conditions as the Romanian students, meaning they have to pass an admission test.

When applying for arts or sports, EU students may be required to pass specific skill tests.

Deadline:
The application file for bachelor programs must be sent to us before June 15
The application file for master programs must be sent to us before August12.

NOTE: Knowledge of Romanian language is a prerequisite (unless you attend an English program)
